During my tenure at Tech Mahindra Limited, I have been able to learn various aspects of user interface design and user experience design. The UI/UX project, ‘TalkTel” prioritizes the user's needs and preferences in the design process. A user-centered design approach was applied to improve user engagement, satisfaction, and overall experience. The entire project of 4 months has been an iterative process, involving research, prototyping, testing, and feedback.

User Interface Design
The following screens below display the user interface that was designed digitally, with the help of the wireframe network. Each screen displays the UI and user flow as the mobile application progresses.












The iterative process helped in identifying the issues and areas for improvement, leading to a better final product. The seniors at Tech Mahindra Limited felt that "TalkTel” turned out to be a well-designed UI/UX project that prioritizes clear navigation and hierarchy, making it easy for users to find what they are looking for and complete their tasks. The project shows consistency in the design which is also very essential for creating a cohesive and intuitive experience. Consistency in design elements such as typography, color palette, and layout of “TalkTel” not only proved to enhance the user experience but also improved user usability.
